RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any opened or unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If you ordered more than 1 of a specific item, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be sealed. Once your return is received, you will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

If 30 days has passed since your purchase has shipped, we apologize, but we cannot accept the item(s) for a return. In the event you return the items to Vitamin World outside the 30 days return policy, upon request the item(s) can be returned back to the purchaser. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a return label and the associated shipping costs will be your responsibility otherwise the product(s) will be destroyed. We recommend using insured/trackable mail for these types of returns, as we are not responsible for item(s) that do not make it back to us.

No refunds or exchanges on Clearance items, items noted as "Fire Sale" or products displaying the circular, red-colored tag sale image. ALL SALES FINAL.

No Product Resale

Products purchased or obtained from Vitamin World USA (the Company) are for your (the Customer) personal use only unless purchased through the Bulk Buyer Program as a Bulk Buyer Customer (please contact Customer Care at 1.866.667.8977). Customers are prohibited from reselling any product acquired from the Company. Should you resell any product purchased or obtained from the Company, Vitamin World USA reserves its rights to take any and all actions deemed necessary to address the violation of this prohibition. Bulk Buyer Customers are permitted to resell Company products provided this resale abides by the rules of the Bulk Buyer Program (does not cause direct competition with the Company including, but not limited to, reselling on marketplaces such as Amazon and Facebook unless a written agreement is provided by the Company). Vitamin World USA shall exercise sole discretion in determining whether a Customer has resold products in violation of this prohibition. Note: Please be informed that all bulk purchases* are considered final sale and no exchanges or refunds are permitted.*Bulk purchases are defined as purchases made for resale and/or purchase quantities exceeding reasonable monthly personable consumption rates.
